Our Services

Civil Mediation

Civil mediation is a voluntary, confidential process in which a neutral third party — the mediator — helps disputing parties communicate and negotiate toward a mutually agreeable resolution. Unlike litigation, mediation keeps control in the hands of the parties, not the courts.

Our certified mediators create a structured, productive environment where both parties feel heard and respected. The result is often a faster, less expensive, and more satisfying resolution than the court system alone can provide.

Ideal for: Property disputes, contract disagreements, business conflicts, neighbor disputes, and other civil matters where both parties want to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

Guardian Ad Litem

A Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) is an attorney or trained advocate appointed by the court to represent the best interests of a child in legal proceedings. The GAL is entirely independent — their sole focus is the well-being of the child, not the position of either parent or party.

As a Guardian Ad Litem, we conduct thorough independent investigations, interview relevant parties, review documentation, and present the court with objective, well-reasoned recommendations. Our background in law and advocacy ensures that every child’s voice is heard and their interests protected.

Ideal for: Custody disputes, child welfare cases, and any legal matter where a child’s interests require independent representation before the court.

Parental Coordination

Parental Coordination is a child-focused alternative dispute resolution process designed for families in high-conflict co-parenting situations. A Parental Coordinator helps parents implement their existing court-approved parenting plan and resolve day-to-day disagreements without returning to court.

Our Parental Coordinators work with both parents to build better communication practices, reduce conflict, and create a more stable, nurturing environment for their children. The goal is always to keep the focus where it belongs: on the children’s health, happiness, and future.

Ideal for: Parents with a history of high conflict, difficulty communicating, or frequent court appearances related to parenting and custody matters.

Parental Supervision

Parental Supervision provides a safe, neutral, and structured setting for court-ordered or agreed-upon supervised parenting time. Our professional supervisors observe and facilitate visits between a parent and child, ensuring the child’s safety and well-being throughout the visit.

We also facilitate parenting time exchanges — neutral handoffs between parents that reduce direct conflict and create a calm, predictable transition experience for children. All sessions are documented and available for court reporting purposes when required.

Ideal for: Families with court-ordered supervised visitation, high-conflict custody situations where direct exchange between parents is not advisable, and cases where a neutral third party is needed to ensure safe parenting time.

All Services Are Confidential

Mediation and coordination sessions are strictly confidential. What is discussed stays in the session, allowing all parties to speak openly and work toward genuine, lasting solutions.
